We provide support to GP practices in the UK to help GPs, Practice Managers and Staff understand practice finances.
We can help with understanding your GMS statements, claims and personally administered items and help you to understand and claim reimbursement for Enhanced Services work undertaken.
GP Accounting Services
Bookkeeping Services
Our standard bookkeeping package offered to GP practices priced at £350 per month includes:-
- Processing of your PCSE practice monthly statement transactions into your accounts package
- Processing of salaries journal into your accounts package
- Processing of up to 20 purchase invoices per month
- Processing and reconciliation of your bank statement
We would need access to your cloud based accounting package and submission of the above documents into your software secure document storage area. We would provide this service remotely with queries dealt with by email.

Accounts Set Up
Practice Accounts
We can also provide bespoke set up of your accounts using Xero or Sage. This will provide you with a tailored set of accounts to ensure you can record, monitor and report on your income and expenditure.
